seems like I'm the only one posting on this legit form, hard for me to trust these shoes some times, i know vans doesn't get as many fakes as nike but i still gotta watch what I buy. anyways did they ever come out with a black suede velocita?

no but I dont think people who make fakes are going to go through the effort to fake a velocita. too many little subtle features on the shoe to try to duplicate and make it still look legit. This is most likely a sample of the 2010 Vault Velocita that only came in Brown and Grey. If this is in your possession then check the inside of the tongue where the size is... look for "SAMPLE NOT FOR RESALE". If its not yours than request a picture of the inside of the tongue or ask him if it is a sample.

yeah so the seller claims that these are not samples, but I agree I don't see why someone would take the time to make a fake velocita, and this one actually looks legit.

the dude said it said nothing about it being a sample. looks like this shoe is a mystery..

seen another pair of thos black velocitas, i'll say some samples cause they're unreleased to major accounts. My Filson SlipOns dont say sample anywhere on the shoe but they were unreleased as well.

if it's legit it looks like they have tons of hard to find stuff at decent prices like the TH x Pendletons

^ How do you know for sure? I'm not sure how to spot the fakes. The VisVans on here definitely looked fake to me, but other shoes on there look really legit.

They do all have the same size range, which is a common fake give away.

Haha, well the Pendleton Taka was the dead give away, and I knew it was fake, but I wanted to know what you looked for on the shoes themselves that gave it away, like designs and stitching, cause it looked good to me but I didn't take a closer look. But you say the pics are stolen? That definitely makes sense.
