As part of their Classics line for Summer 2011, Vans presents an outdoor-influenced Era sneaker. The shoe features a two-tone rough suede upper with grommets and D-rings, as well as a contrast leather lining.

You may have just changed my mind w. these outdoor photos. They look a bit too bright. May need to check 'em out in person first.

SO...Crimson...what's the real story on these? Not a collabo, but perhaps a shop exclusive colorway? I got a link from Offspring's site saying these are exclusive to them.

So a shop in Holland got them too, which, I think, means that they're not Offspring exclusive. But then again Offspring says that it's an exclusive  . I would say that it's just a marketing trick since CA line is available in most Vans shops and that they're a regular CA release.

Yeah, if anyone has a CA catalog, and can find these in there, then we know it's a GR CA release...otherwise, maybe a Euro release? In the U.S., some shop exclusives get distributed to a few "friendly" shops as well, like UNDFTD, HUF, Bodega, or Kicks/HI, St. Alfred, etc.
