i used to take care of my shoes too.

Yeah, wearing them without worries is hard for me. I am mindful of where I step, and how I walk in my nicer kicks. I have beaters for everyday use, that I have worn out heels on, and are super dirty. I also have my NBs for long days of walking, like at Disneyland, or some shit. I guess it just comes down to "perception" on what's valuable, and what's not.
