Honestly, I like that pair better... But they're not 1 of 96, so that's a bummer.

Eh, in my experience, almost every time someone tries to warn me about places being full of cocky assholes, it never turns out to be true. Complaining on the internet, gotta take it with a grain of salt.

Again, I want to apologize for the hassle we've been putting you through and hope you understand how hectic it can get around holiday season on top of the fact that we're also transitioning shipping/receiving managers at this time. We'll refund you the cost of shipping on your end right away via your Paypal account, so you should be seeing that by tonight or tomorrow. Hope your holidays are great despite the mishap, and let us know if there's ever anything else we can get out your way (correctly this time)!

absolutely agreee ^ current employees at DQM are solid, stand up guys. There may have been a couple hiccups with the new store opening, and a bit of a transition with new employees phasing in, but the new shipping manager is on point and will definitely keep a very close eye on all orders going out. Erwin's troubles happened before the new manager took over, so he is cleaning up someone else's mess, and will make good, as stated.

Perhaps there was some sabotaging going on, while the other manager was on his way out  . I can see how some people can perceive a shop employee to be an a**hole, because every high end boutique is employed by people who are on the other side of the fence of this industry. Some are probably jaded by it, because it's becoming more mainstream, but it's the owners, and managers, who are mature, and smart enough to understand that they helped create the growth of sneakers and streetwear, and finally they can hopefully cash in on it. The bad employees should just leave, since they aren't helping the cause. They should just move on to the next "trend" that they think isn't mainstream, so that when it becomes mainstream, they can just keep jumping ship. That's what comes with being a "cool guy". That's those people that you can take a picture of every few years, and you see they are completely different. So funny.

Smiles and customer service, and fixing problems just comes with the territory of your business, especially in a down economy. Any business still operating with a "2003 cool guy" business model can't last. Everyone's fighting for your dollars, and they're shaping up, to earn them. Key word, "earn" them. DQM's definitely doing things right, and it shows on here. Tons of good feedback should go far for them. I won't think twice about ordering from them, if my local spots are out of something I want!
