if you browse that seller's store he has a shit-ton of f/w 2012 samples. lots of ugly stuff in there to be honest (especially from otw as usual). i love the carillo as it is like a clarks desert trek, and the standard issue styled breton with the vibram cristy is a insta-instacop for me. also, the chukka del pato looks like it has potential in other colorways...

According to the pictures on the Vans webshop, this shoe has a Vault tab on the heel. How exactly does this work, is it a Vault or a CA model? or is it both?

all the samples had that vault tag...think that sole must have been used on a vault shoe before (or one was in the works)....but this one is definitely a cali release. production won't (shouldn't) have the same mistake.

Maybe they were working on the Taka Hayashi ones at the same time, and used that for reference.
