Under The Palms

I heard about vans coming out with a completely new line called LXVI its supposed to be marketed towards the free run wearing crowd. Also it is going to be the first vans shoe at foot locker. Has anybody else heard of this or got any pictures? The official world wide release date is June 28th. Mods sorry if this has been posted already just wanted to see if you guys knew anything.

I gotta see these, Id be down for some Vans Free's.

Should've just called them Serio's. Make a modern retro or something. Why do brands always have to go and compete directly with other brands? I don't get it.

This is just speculation of course, but rather than runners, it looks like these are going to be geared more towards the surf crowd and I guess cyclist/bmx crowd? Just based on the pictures on the teaser site of course. I don't think they'll be making runners, but after seeing the authentic lite's, I'm guessing that was the beginning of this experiment, perhaps?

So this is what I know so far about this line. I believe there will be 4 or 5 diff. styles that vans has created. Marketing towards an athletics. The design of the shoe is really advance as well as the materials. They were presented last week in huntington beach at an vans Store Manager meeting. S.M were told not to share any photos that were taken to any employes. But the only pix I seen is of the box

Box looks to GR for me, wish it had some more to it.

Search on IG using the hashtag LXVI. I don't wanna be the one responsible for leaking it to a wider audience like ourselves...let's just leave it on that employee's personal IG account, so it doesn't come back at us, haha.

Yeah true also purple telling user to delete it asap or termination could be possible. Don't want someone listing a job over shotty at best picture of vans lol
