That heel wear doesn't look like VVVVVNDS. At the best, I'd label them as used. You can clean up everything on a pair of Vans, but it's heel will tell it's true story!

For reference, Vandol only used 3 V's in his VNDS description, and his are claimed to have been worn only once, and they sorta look like it too.

Not to mention the Insoles and the toebox scuffs should knock a couple V's off.
