If your ever in the area of a Vans retail store, stop in a see if they have any sk8 hi pro. Try different sizes on to see how they fit. As well as old skool pro. It's better to be safe than sorry if its your first time purchasing a Pro model.
And by the way. You will not regret purchasing a notchback pro. It make a pro sk8 fell like a normal GR sk8 hi lol.

The small curve on the red stripe is like the usual reissue stripes but on the blues the stripe's little curve is a little different, not so round.
Just an observation not a critic.

I see it. At the end of the jazz stripe, towards the front of the shoe, the red one has more of a curl to it, than the white one. The white one is probably the jazz stripe they use on the regular Sk8-Hi, which is normally hidden by the ollie pad. Minor details that WE notice.

Yeah, the last release had a navy/white and an all black pair. Still bummed I missed out on that one! Kept holding out for the black one with neoprene and it turned out they released it as a notchback instead but didn't really say so... By the time I figured out there would be none with a neoprene back, they were gone. haha
