Here's a question for the forum, what constitutes a GR release in the states because in the UK the only places that carry the Pro Skate collection (which this is part of) are actual skate shops and the Vans retail stores (and there's only 12 Vans stores in the whole country) It's one of those things I've always seen on the boards and wondered?!

The term "skate shop" is used very loosely here in the states. If you have a penny board or longboard in your shop, then you are a skate shop.

GR is a release that is redily available at a Vans location.

GR encompasses the following, Classics, Core, Pro Skate and OTW (Some Vans stores do not carry OTW but most do, at least around here).

Didn't target have a skate team for a while? Or maybe it was just Shaun White with target stickers on his board. I dunno. Either way, lame.

"An established account that is an opinion former and trend leader on a local, national or pan-global level" is one of the criteria if memory serves corerctly! that's why there's only 4 or 5 in the country!
