Pretty sure there was a 1 or 2 year stretch of dunks having thin tongues, or something like that.
I'm sure someone knows better than me, but 2009 or 2010 were the thin year(s), I think.

So... there's a whole mess of dunks for you to pick from.

Yeah acoustic is right...tons to choose from. There's even the black suede, with griptape toe, and white swoosh that was released in a fat tongue, and thin tongue at the same time. Supposedly the fat tongue was a QS, but whatevers, AND the thin tongues were made in Vietnam, and the fat tongues, in China. Most of the new dunks are made in Vietnam now, which is better if you ask me, but yeah there's a grip to choose from for thin tongue dunks!

Click back through the years, and see what lows had thin tongues.

Here's a few nice colorways that I can think of, off the top of my head, but honestly there's a lot:
Navy/Burgundy
Black/White
Koston Lows
SF Trolleys
SF Giants
Jameson's
Superman lows?
Chromeball Lows (best colorway hands down for thin tongues!)
Black/Olive (medium tongue)

Damn i didn't realize there were so many that had thin tongues! I thought a lot of people didn't like the thin tongues, so they didn't make as many CWs that had it. Well thanks for the heads up guys! :D

I only wear Dunk Lows and Mids with straps because of that stitched thin tongue. I kinda felt like I was the only one haha. It looks way more athletic on the low with shorts while still performing really well when skated. The ft tongues always ruined Dunk Lows for me. I have the black/white pair and I love them. I'm looking for the olive/black (unloden) because it has the nice thin tongue. The silhouette is so much better and proportionate with it too.
