According to Hypebeast, these will be available exclusively at the following locations: Vans DQM General (Boston and New York), Opening Ceremony (LA, London, New York and Ace Hotel NY), colette (Paris), Off the Hook (Montreal) and Firmament (Berlin) on May 4th.

Why the fuck does Opening Ceremony get to have an exclusive on these?! What thee fuck have they done for Vans Vault ever?! I can understand regions and what not, but for the cities their stores are in, there are other way more deserving stores who have put in a lot of work for Vault by Vans. (End Clothing in London, DQM should be the official spot for NYC, Blends/Undefeated/Proper come to mind here in LA. colette even has some more work to do I think, for Vault. Whoever was in charge of distribution on these, is throwing a bone to the high fashion world, which isn't this release's major demographic. These shops should get exclusives like Diemme, and Gosha Rubchinskiy! That way, shops like Hot Rod won't whore out their Diemme's for $260 a pair on eBay!!! Shit's all fucked up.
