Are hy Sk8-Hi Hosoi's 1st Gen Legit?

I got these sk8 his off of ebay, kinda risky and stupid I know. They look mostly legit except for one major thing, the vans tabs on the back. only one tag is the correct one. here are pictures of the shoes. Thanks for you help.

If I had to pick, I'd say the left shoe is a fake based on the heel tab. It matches all other photos. I've never bothered to check my heel tabs, but I will now! But then again...maybe they ran out and you have something cool!

It's strange ,but i would say legit. Do you have the box? Fake ones often don't have the right box.

No unfortunately a box was not included. The only other useful information I have is that he, allegedly, bought the at Triumph skate shop in what appears to be in San Rafael California.
