Nice. That Philips that is purple at the beginning, probably has lost its circuitry that resets the picture tube at first turn on. Most TVs are supposed to make a loud click at first turn on, and the screen is supposed to get all staticy for a quick second. That is supposed to wipe away all the magnetic field that the picture tube creates on it's own. It's just got some old parts in it, that's all. A sign of an aging tv.
The Samsungs are nice, but be mindful if the set starts clicking, and taking multiple tries to turn on. Sometimes, the screen will show white and purple dots on the screen as well, that go away on their own after it warms up. Some capacitors are going bad on the power supply, and they need to be upgraded. Quite common!
