I would tend to believe that the company who owns this website either owns one of the factories where Vans produces their footwear, or they are somehow connected to the factory that samples for Vans. I don't think these are fakes so much as they are factory leaks.....

I stopped in to the Vans store in the local mall and showed them what happened. They said they hadn't seen it happen yet, but as I was standing there waiting for them to check to see if they had another pair in my size, another dude walked in who had bought them last Friday had the same thing happen...

Hey has this happened to anyone else's pairs? I've had em for like a week and the canvas is splitting along the line of the foxing tape. Haven't skated them or anything, hell, I've worn them 3 times to work and i have a desk job....

Went to the Mission Valley Rack yesterday, scored the Black and the Grey Dressen Half Cabs in 9.5 and the grey Taka Akat
s in 9.5. Checked other sizes and saw a few half cab pro's from this last season, but that was about it
