That box is disgusting. I think they'll get drawer boxes like the pendletons had.

the word I got through blends is these are going to be extremely easy to cop. SD alone will have 5-6 of each size/model.

Hope you guys are right! Haha... Yeah, I thought I was alone on that. I don't mind that old Van Doren style box, it's just that the whole fake "aging" crap looks downright stupid, if you ask me.

Yea thats what kills it. Nike is the king of retroing, I don't think Vans should be doing things like that. Also did anyone notice the label says Vans Originals? The Bumper isn't squared like other Vault releases. I'm wondering if this even makes the collab a Vault release?

Yeah it's the fake aging that makes the boxes so ugly and annoying to look at. I mean, think about the Proper boxes. Those are done right, just clean white/blue. That's how it should be.

Interesting to hear that these won't be so scarce, Cold World.. Doesn't bother me! I want to cop several of the navy Sk8s, and each slip on for skating/daily wear. I'm pretty pumped about these. Thinking about selling a pair of white 003's in order to fund the mass pick up. haha.

Agreed, Just repro the old box, it is gonna get old all on it's own.

I'd have to agree. However, Metallica 20th Anniversary Half Cabs came with a cool dustbag and were still in a normal Pro Model box. Granted those were not a Vault release, just sayin
