this. i opened the box and the smell hit me hard.
but i got them in early this week, looked them over for a few minutes then put them back in the box and straight into my closet.
not sure honestly if i'll wear them. it didn't feel like it was worth the price but i won't be selling them since i like the look.

Yeah Kami the scent was pungent to say the least. Felt like I got a good buzz when I was lacing them up. Also didn't like the laces they came with so I grabbed a pretty neat pair of laces from the stash. Laces I used were 1. stronger and didn't feel like they were gonna snap in my hands and 2. looked better. Forgot to take pics but they were the laces from the 2011 Leather Vault Pack. Black laces with White tips and say "Vault" in Black.

nice^^ The laces are way to thin. Need to dig up some laces to replace them too

i agree. those laces look like they will snap if i make the knot too tight or something.
maybe if i decide to wear them i'll swap em with the laces off my ballistic nylon sk8 hi.
