i'm heading to work now but i could use some help.
my pair i ordered from opening ceremony just arrived (yoda's) and the right shoe is worn while the left shoe is ds. what can i do? if i call them i feel like they wont do shit.

Believe it or not, it was probably just tried on, on a dirty ass floor. That's why the best sneaker shops are ones that have a carpet floor. Vans get dirty as soon as they touch the floor! Looks like someone put it on, walked over to a mirror and looked at it really good. Was it already laced up? I received my black Vault x WTAPS Chukka from Wish ATL, and they were definitely worn and returned, because the sticker on the insole wasn't removed and it was permanently pressed in. I emailed them and claimed my case, sent pics, and they gave me a 20% off coupon code. I cleaned them up and they looked basically new, and I knew that once I put them on for their first wear and went outside, they'd look exactly the same way as I got them in the first place. Sucks, but once again, Opening Ceremony stays losing in my book!

They weren't laced up but unlaced so someone could put their foot in to wear for sure. Someone over there is going to get an ear full tomorrow. I might've let it slide if they were the darth vaders but stains and dirt show so easy on this pair. Dirt even goes up the heel to the back suede panel. Hopefully they do something about it other than telling me to return them or clean them. Heart dropped when I opened the package and saw the dirt.

Dirt on the sole is an easy fix and not really something to fuss about, but that smudge on the suede is jacked. That's not your average try on in-store wear, someone did something else to that shit. That's inexcusable.

I called about my pair from Opening Ceremony and they said they still don't know if they will receive it, but if they do it will be in a week or so. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.. never again Bill.
