Not as good as erwins pick up but these just came in. Not sure how I feel about these without the ollie pad.

About them Eras - do what Billy said, return them. That'll teach Vans a lesson.
I hope that was just one mistake and I hope Vans won't go Nike-style (worse quality, shapes and everything) cause they just can't afford to loose customers.
Oh and Erwin - are those the reissues, or og Schaafs?

Got my ollie pad-less schaaf's as well... I still like them enough to keep, but I can't help thinking about how awesome that ollie pad looked on there. It took them from nice beater status to awesome status. Still gotta write my disgruntled email, though... Not sure if I'd blame Vans or UBS more. Leaning more towards UBS. Yeah, Vans changed the design, but UBS should've notified the pre-orders that the shoe was different now.
Also, somebody give me their Schaaf sk8-mid's that sold out in the spring even though I pre-ordered 'em. haha
