Well, I'm glad it's not over done. It's perfect on the AVE/Dill release. Whatever comes up better really unique to get them.

The first Vault collab with Robert Williams had clear soles

Usugrow sk8-hi has a clear sole.

Hosoi had a clear sole at one point as well. But nothing like these, right?

Nope no clear sole on any Hosoi's. Syndicate 04 Chaz hase them also.

I could have sworn I saw a pic of a sole with HOSOI and a layer of clear on top of it. I'll dig around but is most likely my twisted imagination.

The most recent Hosoi sk8-hi's said "HOSOI" on the sole, but wasn't clear. Maybe that's what you saw? Or maybe there was a sample version with the clear sole?
