aww man I got treated like crap from Blends... Which one you deal with? Costa Mesa is who I dealt with and they weren't that great! I even asked if they got those books but they said no...

Really? I ordered from Costa Mesa from Jim's recommendation and got treated really well. They gave me a bag and the Vault lookbook. The only thing they didn't do was send me a tracking number, so I didn't know when/if they had shipped. It was fast shipping though. I ordered on a Thursday night and got 'em by Monday. I was figuring maybe they just got really busy before the weekend and that the shipment got delayed, but I guess they just neglected to email the tracking info. haha

damn I went there just trying to switch things up and go to another shop for the Brooks... dude had me on hold for like 30 minutes and was kinda rude on the phone then they didn't ship the shoes until three days after I placed the order... I ordered on Monday so it wasn't cause of the weekend and like you I didn't get a tracking number and I called everyday until my shoes got here on Monday.

They've always had horrible customer service. I live in SoCal but I'd rather all of my Vault product from Bows and Arrows, they're always on top of their game.

yeah I like Bows & Arrows cause they dont charge much shipping and they all seem excited to get you your shit!

UNDFTD Silverlake is my spot right there, but they've been kinda slow on the Vaults lately. I think they've been either going to other locations, or they just aren't ordering as much. They haven't gotten much of the new stuff, and like none of the Takas. The Taka stuff all went to La Brea.

I ordered some Spectators from Wishatl.com. Dude who answered the phone wasnt the greatest but everything ended up ok.

Damn saw these at the Rack also haha.
