Tampa, have you ever seen the Palace 5ive ballistic Sk8-Vert Pro? It was a blue version of the Syndicate 003 Ballistic Sk8-Hi. I found a few pairs at the Rack a few years ago.

I don't know about putting the real shit on em, but I was pretty disappointed when I found out they weren't even textured, I was pretty psyched on the Dill authentics for the same reason, but now judging by the pics, I think its gunna be the same deal.. They'll still look dope, they'll just be missing that extra something.

This is the pic of the Palace 5ive sk8-hi. One of my favorite pairs to wear over the last 6 months or so! Only 200 made I think, but maybe someday I can find a backup pair.

I personally would love an Old Skool done like the Syndicate Gusseted Half Cab. With the OTW5 logo on the heel quarter.

That would look dope. Like with the same leather and mesh combo? I would personally like something military themed, like olive green standard issue M-5 jacket material, on the classic Old Skool, the model used on the Rick Griffin pack, and the "Off the Wall" classic series. Maybe even a tear-away velcro jazz stripe on the side. The idea's been done to death, but never on a pair of Vans (with the exception of the Active DSNB collab, but that's nubuck, and not what I'm envisioning. Mine will be like fatigues. It would look dope on a Sk8-Hi as well. Not sure why Syndicate never went that route in their early days. They did all them damn mid skools in desert camos! Twice!
