For all you international guys:
if Primitive won't be able to ship to you guys, or if a few of you can place your orders with them directly, I can pick them up and then ship out to you, personally. I won't be able to order them for you, though. Ron, it's all good with me, if the guys ask to just pay for the purchase through you, through email or PM, or whatever. If your pair is already paid for, I will pick it up this weekend.
Oh...and as a disclaimer, USPS Priority Mail International shipping is roughly $35-$40.
