So black hasnt popped up antlywhere.? The video made me wanna get these so bad.....then i remembered i could honestly grabs summore bones for that price....

Yeah this release will most likely be like the Authentics they did. Union and the Carhartt WIP store will probably be the only stores stocking these, and y'all know how them dicks are at the NYC location. If we can't get 'em off the Carhartt store, then oh well. And yeah, these are priced way too high, but the hypebeast collector in me had to get at least one.

Dude, just dropped on the Carhartt WIP site for......$180 + $15 shipping! Wowww! Union's blue or orange is looking a lot better now, lol! BUT, they do have all 4 colors on the web shop...BUT only up to US sz11.5. They went as low as a 7 though...which I don't get, hehe. I guess even more reason to pass for most of you?

This is definitely plausible. But to me, isn't a black Syndicate always a sure thing? Black can pull sales for other colors as well, many consumers in this hobby suffer from "well, it would be sick to have the whole set.." It seems like a brilliant marketing strategy to have black.

I totally agree with Black being a good marketing strategy, but really it depends on the store's vision. Personally id be all over any black/white shoe any day of the week, but Union carries some wild shit (most of it straight out of Japan), and you know the dudes that shop there wanna buy some wild shit. They could care less about a pair of black/white Vans that will run them almost 2 bills. I feel like the only people that'd be psyched on the simple black colorway would be us, the dudes over at OTWS, who can appreciate a simplistic shoe.

Either way, I remember asking them last time about the Carhartt Old Skools, and they told me they weren't going to try and get them because they'd be too expensive to sell and they wouldn't make much off them, so Its clearly been carried onto this next Carhartt collab with them only picking up two colorways. At least they picked up a good size run in both the colors.

If you have a UK Connect, they are roughly 105$. Plus 40$ shipping from them, depending on weight, will save you another 20. CRAZY

So it appears these aren't just canvas shoes (the only canvas is on the heel) it's a kind of nylon with the 3m material. And they look great irl worth every penny. With the result i took all 4.

Union refunded my order... . Now, to try and get them black ones!
