Last year Guam did an early review for sk8-hi's and he said to order half a size down and I did and they fit perfectly immediately!!!

The sk8-hi's have a non removable insole so I need to know if the old Skools have one too so I don't spend $175 for shoes that don't fit!

I would thinks its the same, same sole (from the review), materials a little better, just to be on the safe side eh.

If not I think you'll have an easier time swapping if they dont fit since theres more out there. I know most people are

going to use these for trade bait anyways

Sorry for the late reply guys! As you all know, the review is published online! I wasn't expecting to get these that fast. Not like these shoes needed a review at all, but it's nice to be able to see what you're truly getting, before you buy them. These fit closer to true to size. The insole is semi-thin and glued-in like a Cali ortholite sole, so you'd assume they'd be a little loose, but it's nowhere near as loose as the Sk8-Hi. Order your "true Old Skool size" or a half up, or a full size up if that's all that's left! This may go down as the release of the year, unless WTAPS or Syndicate has something epic up their sleeves! I will be camping out at Costa Mesa early Saturday morning, so if you are gonna be at that location, then say what's up! Some of you I've never met in person. Why am I camping? Because I still love this shit! This is a part of the sneaker culture. My plan is to double up, and then get back in line to help others that I am working with, to get their pairs. It all depends if there's any left, and in what sizes.

In the morning?! That's too risky for me! I think some time after 12 midnight. Maybe 2 AM? I dunno yet. Depends how I feel. I mean, I got there about 5 hours before opening last time, but this time more people know what's up, and it's not gonna rain. Also, I really do want to try and get pairs for the homies.

Hehe who knows! They'll be around the $160 mark most likely, like the Sk8-Hi. From a traditional price point, the Old Skool should be about $20-$40 less than the Sk8-Hi, but keep in mind, they are the ones who came up with the idea of a zipper on the OS, and of course the materials, and well, basically it's their collab, so they can do whatever they want, lol! It's limited to 300 pairs, AND it's dope as hell!

Hahaha Guam as soon as I read your response I was dying. 8-9 is way too late. I wish we all only needed to stand in line for like for 3-4 hours, but I know imma have to be out in LA around midnight. Hopefully this drop will have more people camping around midnight and it won't be me and two other guys waiting for people to show up till 7 am like last time!
