Thought I'd give these their own topic seeing as they are releasing this week.

these are trying way too hard. the sk8-his are almost cool, the way the paneling is layed out on one axis, but they should have used a white, red, or tan suede instead of black. the others have me wanting to gouge out my eyes with an empty soup can.

Personally any OTHER color of suede would have ruined the Sk8 Hi. Ther others are a tad bit much but the Authentic is gonna be a great summer shoe for sure.

for some reason, these remind me of the original hosoi sk8-hi. anyways, fuck all this.

Anyone have an estimate for retail on the SK8-Hi's?

Also, what time to they release?

I really wanna get the Sk8-Hi's, but I can't really afford to buy right now.

Already a size 9 on eBay for $400. Here we go again. Thank goodness I'm not interested in these. Good luck to those that want them...you'll find a way

I think the main appeal of these is the color combo, but I really have no desire to wear them. As others have mentioned, my Hosoi's already do that job!
