Under The Palms

I've been a member here for a while, but never got around to introducing myself.

I'm Danny. LA raised, SD nomad, HI vagabond. I went through spurts of buying and selling vans (at one point I had a lot of good shit and sold it off...sadness ensues), etc, but now decided to just stick with Vans as I'm getting older and just needed something that's clean, mellow, but stands out in the right way.

I was in the shoe customizing game for a little while, but took a long break.

Besides my 9-5, I've been connected in the streetwear scene and worked for a few companies. I am currently part of the marketing team for Proverse clothing (http://www.Proverse.com) and I also have my own accessory line called Dedicated To You where you can purchase hand made goods from me or at one of the retailers that carry my line. Check us out when you have time.

Naw, I'm born and raise in Cali, but i did spend a lot of time in Hawaii after my first year of college as I was doing marketing tradeshows there all the time. In my first year out of college I stayed in Oahu about 5 or 6 times? Just went there in April with the Wifey. Plan on heading back out there next year and then getting married there in 2014 lol.

I was mainly inspired because I came to realize that I probably would never get the Slam City Silas collab, so I opted to make my own version...then eventually started to realize to just make a camo series of vans.

Got a duck camo decon era CA coming and a bunch others. One of my good buddies Desp1 is working on an era for me as well.
