Syndicate x Odd Future Pack

Well since the cat is out of the bag, I figured it was fitting to have a topic on this upcoming Fall 13 release:
BTW...this photo had to of come from someone who attending the Fall 13 sales meeting
(-I was asked to take the photo down by the nice people over at Vans, so I respectfully did

Weird, I would've expected something much more "out there" from this pack. Blue's are cool, though.

I do not know how to feel about these... On one hand the shoes look great from what we can see. On the other hand I cannot believe that Tyler / OF was given a Syndicate collab. Probably one of the least deserving of collabs I can think of!
Aesthetics are good though...

Yeah, they look good, nothing super special or different really, but it's really weird that they got a Syndicate collab. These are gonna sell like crazy, though.

Very disappointing.. Im sure this came about from hanging out with Dill all the time, not to mention rocking all the latest Supreme releases.
If you thought the Syndicate line got blown up already, just wait til these drop

annnnd it's another Old Skool.. so many Old Skools with the S line lately. Where are the Chukka's? Where are the Slip On's? This was a poor move on their part. They're only giving that fool a shoe because of his fanbase, and they know it's gonna get them a sales boost.
I just hope that there's something that makes these cool other than the mildly attractive blue colorway. Tyler does actually shred, though, and he skates Supreme releases and shit like that. I just don't understand why they let him spread over to S instead of just rolling with Supreme. These look like a Supreme release anyway.

Yeah, I agree that OF should've collaborated with Supreme, instead of Syndicate entirely. Supreme is definitely their fanbase, not "S".

They should just make there own shoe and stay away from vans in general lol

Vans corporate asked our homie Chris from OTW, to contact me about taking the pics down, so I did. Hehe, I guess the sales people were mad about that. If I recall, it was a photo that Modern Notoriety leaked. And according to Music City, it had to have been someone who attended the 2013 sales meeting. Perhaps, they need stricter security at these meetings?!

I have no idea who took the pic, but whomever has connections to that website and works for Vans needs to think twice before posting stuff like that, your job is worth more than leaking a few pics.
