Both colors are so awesome. Wish the tan pair had a different color canvas though. It's still nice, but just a little loud.

Funny, I was wishing the suede was something a little more loud on that pair. I like my shoes insane, what can I say? haha

The quality on these is top notch. Best OG LX Sk8 HI in terms of quality so far.
The Leather heel pad is stitched in - new to this model, The Lining is supple and rich, the sole is the dark rubber, the foxing and mid sole are thick.

That updated heel pad is awesome! Make sure to remove that sticker before putting the shoe on, otherwise you'll never get it off of that soft leather! I'll even ask employees if I can remove the sticker before trying on the shoe, because it becomes instantly fused once you apply pressure to it. Same with some shoes at the Rack. That's the worst there, when they put those damn sticky price tags on any part of the leather on the inside lining. So dumb.
