Here is my 62 Schwinn Corvette... took it for a cruise thru Long beach today.

type[s5] I am up for a ride... as long as you dont mind that I dont ride fixies.

don't mind at all.
i was thinking of going NR and Buffalo exchange on LB with my bike.
maybe one of these days.
we can meet up and just bike around LB.

Ever been to CityGrounds next door to Proper in LBC? http://www.citygrounds.com/. They always have great deals on the track bikes in their shop, and any little knick knack stuff you may be interested in.

Yeah always walk by and peek in the window... since I dont ride Fixie there isnt much for me but its a cool shop.

The best all around bike shop in LB would be Jones Bicycles on 2nd in Belmont Shores... they have an amazing skate department upstairs too.

Jones has something for everyone...

Billy most of the stuff I need or want isnt available at a local bike shop... I have to search EBAY daily to find it or pay thru the nose for it.

anyone know where i can get a smaller track frame for my gf shes only 5 foot so its hard for me to find one at a decent price

My girl was in the same position. We ended up getting her an IRO HD, 46cm with 650 wheels.
Affinity, Mercier, Fuji Tracks also come in smaller sizes.

Nice to know we have some avid cyclists in here... here's my bike... nothing fancy, just your typical leader bike. Oh yeah, just got a flat last week and haven't had a chance to buy a new tube and tire so don't mind the flat. FAIL.
