Agreed! I've been rocking the Dill's almost everyday. A new favorite in my collection! I've broken out the AVE's once, but they can't compare to those authentics..

So my pair of AVE Old Skools arrived this afternoon from 2nd Nature. And they were shipped through UPS in a plastic bag with packaging tape and the mailing label. I'm thankful my UPS guy is good with packages because the box was still immaculate after cutting through the tape and the plastic.

No double-boxing all the way from NY to CA?

It must depend on who ships it, because ive ordered from the Hotrod site before and my pair came double boxed. But never the less, that should never happen. Poor judgement store-wise.
